Gymnastics

LI: to develop body movement of balance, rotation and strength.
We stared of gymnastic with some stretches. Our stretches were an L shape, seal, butterfly, act, straddle, back and front side support. Then we got into our rotations. For rotation 1  we had the beam  and had to walk backward on it and jump in the middle, we had to do some cartwheels on the box and we had to do the forward roll on the bench. For rotation 2 we had the trampoline to do a dive roll, the backwards roll, scorpion handstand and the 180' jump. Rotation 3 we had the handstands, front support, parallel bars and the back/side/front support. My most difficult activity was the parallel bars.
